As President of the Desert Cancer
Foundation of Arizona, it is my pleasure to write a letter
of recommendation for Kitty Wiemelt, on behalf of our Board.
Ms. Wiemelt spoke at our Ninth Annual “Learning, Loving
and Living with Cancer” Luncheon in October 2006. Her
presentation was not only professionally delivered, but the
topic was well-researched and extremely relevant to our “cause.”
While cancer is certainly not “fun” or “funny,”
Ms. Wiemelt demonstrated that humor – even related to
cancer – can be an invaluable tool for coping.
With little need to consult notes, yet certainly not
delivered in a “rote” or “memorized”
style, Ms. Wiemelt related well to our audience of cancer
survivors and supporters of DCFA’s mission. She had
our audience alternately laughing and crying.
On a more personal level, I have known Kitty Wiemelt
and worked on several projects with her over a period of 12
years. She always emerges as a leader in every group, and
when a speaker or presenter is needed, Kitty Wiemelt is the
first and most enthusiastically-supported recommendation.
Her experience, knowledge and knack for matching her subject
and delivery style to her audience make Ms. Wiemelt a popular
choice for keynote speaker.
Hire her! Go ahead. Just do it! You will be well-pleased.

"We all loved that you used
photos from our web site as some of your visuals. You certainly
did your homework. Your presentation accomplished all the
goals on how we wanted the coordinators to feel when they
walked out – inspired, feeling good, relaxed, and happy
they came."

"Kitty did an excellent job; she was very energetic.
She kept everyone's attention throughout the presentation.
There were handouts, including "Getting in Your Daily
Dose of Laughter", balloons, toys, hats, bubbles, etc.
. . .
I sat in the back of the room and watched the employees
play with the toys and laugh, laugh, laugh. I think Kitty
did a world of good for these employees - which is so nice
to see. In my book, Kitty Wiemelt comes highly recommended.
Great job Kitty!"

"You were magnificent! You contributed to the success of ABWA Arizona
Round Up 2004. We're hearing over and over that it was the
best one ever. Your professionalism and targeted message offered
a new slant to the somewhat-tired subject [of] teamwork. Everyone
is hoping that you will follow through with opportunities
to present on an ABWA national level."

| "You had us laughing
so hard. We still think of your presentation “Lighten
Up! God is in Control!” and laugh. Your program took us
away from the past, kept us from thinking about the future;
but definitely swept us away into the presence of laughter and
fun. The presentation was well thought out and presented in
a fashion that made us feel our time was being well spent. We
would recommend this program to other groups.
God Bless You!" |

"On behalf of the “Reaching
Out” Breast Cancer Support Group which is co-sponsored
by the American Cancer Society and the East Valley Regional
Cancer Center, I want to thank you for your delightful presentation
for the group at our October meeting. The group members appreciated
the humor and the diversion from the seriousness of their
health situations. It was a great way for us to celebrate
October as Breast Cancer Awareness month.
Since I have known you for several years, I want to applaud
you for your work and effort in becoming a very effective
public speaker. You bring not only important and worthwhile
messages and education to groups, but also your enthusiasm
and energy and inspiration.
You are always authentic, living what you teach others.
Your genuineness makes you of priceless value as a true professional
and a great motivator. The toys and humorous videos all add
great fun and laughter. Thanks for being so real and helping
others de-stress and return to their values. I know you have
been an influence in business, educational and health communities,
and look forward to your moving to a national audience."
Sincerely,

of the Arizona Association of Business Support Services, I
would like to formally thank you for your contribution as
the goal-setting speaker for the 'Imagine the Possibilities'
Symposium on October 23, 2004.
It was our pleasure to follow your lead by dipping into
our souls and pulling out venues of pleasure from which we
can keep life moving - with levity and perspective!
You were an outstanding speaker, and we appreciate your
taking your valuable Saturday to share your "self"
with the group and assist us in becoming better human beings.
We wish you the finest that life has to offer and hope
that your career continues to expand - and that many more
individuals are influenced by your lovely words and ideas."

A Perfect Solution

"You are a jewel!
You absolutely hit the nail on the head for many of our members.
It's often difficult for home-based owners to stay focused
on the lighter side of life, to maintain their sense of humor
in the midst of all they have to accomplish and to allow themselves
to lighten up and just laugh. The members were equipped to
take your ideas and skills back to their businesses."
