In managing our client’s needs, we feel it important for us to educate them in the latest information, procedures and technology in the medical field. In doing so, we have provided annual Educational Seminars to teach our Case Managers, Risk Managers, Adjusters and other Providers in the Medical Field for six years.

I want to thank you for getting me out of my rut and into the laughter again. It is Monday and I am still laughing about Saturday and plan to keep it up. The last few months have been stressful and I forgot that laughing is letter than frowning and if I had been laughing it would have helped getting through all the muck.

Kitty came to speak for our organization, Arizona Educational Office Professionals Association, and shared her humor with us. We learned how important it is to laugh, even at ourselves. We were given tools to use in our everyday life to help make challenges less daunting. One of those tools was a simple red nose. I tried out my nose while in traffic. I received a few odd glances, some fingers pointed (mostly from children) and quite a few laughs, which made me laugh and then my commute was a lot more fun and seemed to go by quicker.
